Energy Workforce Hosts Virtual Field Operations Leadership Program

field

Energy Workforce hosted a virtual Field Operations Leadership Program this week to allow members from remote locations to participate.

Attendees from around the country participated in group discussions around the key topics and leadership essentials of the program: understanding personalities and behavioral styles, mastering change and change management, goal setting, accountability and strategies for effective communication.

Participants used breakout sessions to discuss and role play situations around the importance of trust, how to manage different personalities in different situations, utilizing the living above the line model and effectively proving feedback.

An additional in-person program will be held in Denver on August 2-3. Registration is open.
